Enterprise · Fast Lane
Built for in-house legal, communications, PR, and reputation teams that need documented review process, predictable milestones, and a single partner across every Wikipedia language edition that matters.
When this is the right tier
If your team has procurement requirements, legal review steps, multi-edition language coverage, or a board-level reputation event coming up — Enterprise is built for you. Standard service pages are for individual engagements without those constraints.
Packages
English is always the anchor — the most-cited edition, the strongest SEO signal, the densest AI-citation footprint. Additional languages reuse the source pack and price down accordingly.

English-language Core stays at 100% list price as the anchor. Add-on languages receive tiered discounts (4-22%) based on source-pack reuse efficiency. Annual support add-ons (€1,800 monitoring · €2,400 off-Wiki SERM · €650 Wikidata supplement) priced separately.
What you get
Milestone-based contract with defined response times for source approvals, draft delivery, and post-publication monitoring escalations.
Coordinated publication sequencing across editions. Avoids the same-week publication pattern that draws cross-edition reviewer attention.
Your legal / comms team reviews and approves the full source pack before any drafting begins. Single sign-off, no rolling questions.
One invoice per quarter or per milestone — not one per language per project. Simpler procurement, cleaner accounting.
Mutual NDA signed before the kickoff call. We work routinely with in-house comms and legal teams that require confidentiality from day one.
Repeat clients get scheduling priority. Same delivery quality, faster turnaround when you have a hard date (IPO, M&A close, regulatory announcement).
Process
Step 1
Mutual NDA signed before kickoff. Brand brief, source list, target editions, key milestones.
Step 2
Written source assessment with go/no-go per source. Your legal team signs off in one round.
Step 3
Coordinated publication schedule across editions. You see every milestone date upfront.
Step 4
Editions published per the calendar by experienced editors with disclosed COI status.
Step 5
Annual support included for year 1. Quarterly executive summary for board / leadership review.
Risk policy
Enterprise pricing does not change the editorial bar. We assess notability per edition; if a market's edition won't support a page, we recommend an alternative for that market — Wikidata-only, Simple English, or wait until the source base supports the work.
For Enterprise contracts the refund and defence terms scale with the engagement: 80% refund per deleted edition that cannot be restored after 3 attempts within the 90-day window, plus extended monitoring through the Enterprise Governance tier for the entire contract period.
Eligibility assessment
Send a brief overview of the brand, target editions, and your trigger event. We'll set up a call with the team that would actually do the work — not a sales handoff.
The earlier we start, the more options stay on the table. 30-minute call, NDA upfront, honest read on what's realistic.
