Guarantees & policy
We don't promise outcomes Wikipedia controls. We do guarantee a risk-managed process, a defended page through the 90-day window, and an 80% refund if a published page can't be defended after 3 attempts.
Core guarantees
Six commitments we sign up to on every engagement — built around what we can control: the process, the defence, and the refund clause if it doesn't hold.
01
We have published cases where we recovered articles after 5+ prior deletions. Strong track record in local and global Wikipedia arbitrations.
02
We work only with subjects whose source base supports a high moderation success probability. 93% of pages we take on are successfully verified by Wikipedia.
03
We defend the client's position in talk-page discussions and edit conflicts with other contributors, while keeping the article neutral and source-anchored.
04
If an article is nominated for removal, we defend it: we argue significance, demonstrate criteria compliance, and engage in the AfD discussion and any subsequent votes.
05
If a page is deleted, we produce a recovery plan and republishing strategy — or recommend an alternative route (Wikidata, Simple English Wikipedia, another language edition).
06
Within the 90-day post-publication monitoring window we attempt restoration up to 3 times. If re-recovery fails, we refund 80% of the project fee.
Included in every page-creation project
The window when most newly-published Wikipedia pages get challenged — and the window we cover at no extra cost.
For 90 days after a page goes live, monitoring is bundled at no extra cost — we respond to edits, deletion-nomination attempts and policy tags, and we defend the article in talk-page discussions. After day 90 the page transfers fully to the client's responsibility unless an annual support plan is in place.
Annual support plans
Beyond 90 days
For ongoing real-time monitoring beyond the 90-day window, we run a dedicated service — Wikimonitoring. It tracks edits to your Wikipedia pages in real time and delivers alerts via email and Telegram, so you can respond to changes as they happen, not after the damage is done.
Plans from €79/year (1 page) to €350/year (30 pages) plus Enterprise.
