How refunds work across our services.
Paid audits (such as the Wikipedia Notability Audit) are delivered work and are non-refundable once completed. If you proceed to a project with us, the audit fee is credited toward that project.
For page-creation projects, if a published page cannot be defended after three attempts within the 90-day monitoring window, we refund 80% of the project fee.
Fees for work already performed — research, drafting, editing and placements — are non-refundable.
Monthly retainers and annual support are billed per period. You can cancel future periods; the current period is non-refundable.
Email team@wikibusines.com with your order details. We respond within a few business days, and approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible.
