How much does Wikipedia page editing cost?+
Editing projects are priced by scope: a focused single-section update or citation fix typically falls in the €700–€900 range; a multi-section update with source validation and structural cleanup is typically €1,000–€1,600. Complex or multi-language editing projects are quoted individually after a brief scope review.
How long does a Wikipedia editing project take?+
Typically 2–3 weeks. Edits are made gradually — small changes spread across several days — to avoid triggering automated revert tools and to allow the volunteer community to review changes naturally. Urgent timelines can sometimes be accommodated; contact us with your deadline.
Why can't I just edit the Wikipedia page myself?+
You can — but pages edited by the subject, their staff or their agency without disclosure violate Wikipedia's conflict-of-interest policy (WP:COI) and paid-editing policy (WP:PAID). Detected undisclosed edits are reverted, can lead to page tagging or deletion discussion, and may result in editing accounts being blocked. We disclose the relationship on every project and work within the rules.
What kinds of changes can you make to an existing Wikipedia page?+
Adding new reliably sourced facts and milestones, correcting outdated information, improving article structure and readability, replacing weak or deprecated sources with stronger ones, adding or updating infobox data, removing promotional language that has been tagged, and coordinating the same updates across multiple language editions.
Is there a risk my edit will be reverted?+
Revert risk is real — it is why we work gradually, use talk-page hygiene, and cite every claim. We cannot guarantee that the Wikipedia community will accept every change; what we can do is maximise the likelihood of acceptance by following editorial best practices. If an edit is reverted, we review the feedback and propose a compliant alternative.
Can you update a Wikipedia page in multiple languages at once?+
Yes. Multi-language editing is coordinated — we sequence the changes so each edition reflects accurate, sourced content. Each language edition is edited independently to match that community's sourcing expectations, not translated verbatim from the English version.
